| Set-Up:
Begins at 7 a.m. Exhibitors must be
set-up and ready for Fire Inspection by 10:00 a.m. Space Fees: Standard spaces are 10’ square. Space Fees: $45.00 advance, $50 if paid after August 01, 2008. Space Fees are waived for non-profit organizations. Canopy/Table Rentals: All tables, enclosures, equipment, or other needs must be provided by the participating community group or vendor. Limited equipment is available for pre-arranged rental: 10’ x 10’ Canopy (installed): $75. 3’ x 6’ Table: $10. Folding Chair: $5. |
